We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum spend.

Processing Time

Once your payment is received, your order is sent to our fulfilment partners for verification, quality checks, and packaging. This processing stage typically takes 1-4 business days.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is the period from dispatch to delivery. As most of our fulfilment centres are based overseas, delivery usually takes 7-14 days after your order has been shipped. Next-day delivery is not currently available.

Order Tracking

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel at any time via our tracking page. In some cases, a tracking service may not be available depending on the courier or destination.
